All our over 60s classes are designed to slow down the negatives of the ageing process. Muscle deterioration, bone weakening, joint stiffness, posture improvement and aches and pains – our classes cover them all! Three different classes suitable for all abilities.

Upon arrival you will be asked to present your Communifit membership card and sign in.
We will need to make sure a current and accurate PARQ health questionnaire is filled in before participating.
If this is your first visit all relevant forms will be given to you ready to sign so please arrive with plenty of time.
