A chair-based exercise class aiming to increase strength, flexibility, joint mobility, balance & functional independence – all whilst having some fun!
All our over 60s classes are designed to slow down the negatives of the ageing process. Muscle deterioration, bone weakening, joint stiffness, posture improvement and aches and pains – our classes cover them all!
Mondays - 13:00 - 13.45
Fridays - 12:30 - 13.15
Sherborne Area Youth & Community Centre
Wednesdays - 14:15 - 15:00
Sherborne West End Community Hall
Upon arrival you will be asked to present your Communifit membership card and sign in.
We will need to make sure a current and accurate PARQ health questionnaire is filled in before participating.
If this is your first visit all relevant forms will be given to you ready to sign so please arrive with plenty of time.
