Welcome to our popular 5k and 10k charity series, a run for all ages and abilities.
Our 5k/10k events raise funds for, and awareness of, local charities or fundraising causes.
We donate half the profit from each event to a chosen local charity/cause. All finishers receive a fantastic medal!
The route remains the same throughout the year so entrants can start training at any time in order to both familiarise themselves with the course and aim for an improved time. Children are very welcome to run with you, all you need to do is purchase a child’s ticket (aged 0-13).

All event details will be emailed to you a couple of days before the event.
Registration: 7.45am
Warm-up: 8.25 am
Start time: 8.30 am
The minimum age to participate in the 10k is 16yrs old.
All under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including during the run.
Entries will close at 23.59pm on the Friday prior to the event. After this time you will only be able to enter on the day. Please note we will only be accepting card payments for entries on the day.
All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Disclaimer: entry and course completion is entirely at the discretion of the entrant and they must deem themselves “fit to run”.

5k – Adults (14yrs+) £12.50
10k – Adults (16yrs+): £15.50
Children: (0-13yrs) £3.50
