This service is particularly beneficial for those with specific health and fitness objectives such as improved balance, weight loss or overall improvement towards your health and fitness.

Training can be arranged individually, in pairs, or in small groups. We provide all the equipment you need, with a variety of weighted options catering to all abilities. Cut out the transport, give yourself more time within the day, and let us bring the gym to you.

Our portable service is incredibly convenient as we come to you. Take the stress of travel and enjoy our services all in the comfort of your own home.

On your first visit we will discuss your specific objectives and provide a full body screening process. We will ask you to fill out a current and accurate PARQ health questionnaire alongside signing our service agreement form. Sessions are booked weekly at the same day and time.
