Sit & Strengthen

A chair-based exercise class aiming to increase your strength, flexibility, joint mobility, balance & functional independence – all whilst having some fun!

Stand & Strengthen

This class has the same objectives as Sit & Strengthen just standing up!  Targets all major muscle groups.  You must be able to stand for the whole class duration.

Don’t Lose It, Move It!

An active circuit-based class improving muscle strength, aerobic fitness & core stability.  Be proactive, not reactive, towards your health & fitness!

Bootcamp

Upper and lower body strengthening, cardiovascular fitness, core strengthening – this class has it all! Exercises are similar to a circuits style class, suitable for all ages and abilities. If it’s raining, we’re still training!

Boxercise

An exercise class based on training concepts that boxers use to keep fit using eight different punches. Tone all areas of the body whilst building your cardio fitness in this enjoyable class. Boxercise is one of the most popular exercise classes in the UK and great for all abilities. Give it a try!

Running Group Strength and Conditioning

We have three different running groups, catering for all abilities. This class is the official running groups’ strength and conditioning training session, open to both running club members and non-members. This class has all the benefits of a Bootcamp class but with added running drills. Whether you are new to running or an experienced marathon runner, this class is for you.
